St-Day AFC have three football teams, the 1st XI play in the Jollys Cornwall Combo League, the 2nd XI play in the Falmouth Helston Division 1, and the 3rd XI play in the Falmouth Helston Division 3.
The club has been established since 1949, the atmosphere around the club is excellent with plenty of banter between players and supporters on match days, in the club house, and on the famous balcony over looking the pitch. We offer all visiting teams and supporters a warm welcome.
The accolades that have come through the doors of the clubhouse over the last decade are Falmouth/Helston Div 1 & 3 Championships, Junior Cup Area and County, Percy Stephens Cup, Lockhart Cup and Wheatly Cobb along with many Runners Up trophies as well.
